The team of coaches, managers and volunteers collectively do a fantastic job of not just providing kids with the opportunity to enjoy a game of Rugby league but in bringing a community together, lettings kids have fun and in developing confidence, teamwork, discipline, leadership, and sportsmanship for all.
We are a little different at Project Recruit, in addition to offices with great facilities (and parking!) we offer a flexible, autonomous working environment.
We are not KPI driven. Our teams are empowered to manage their own business units and work what hours fit in to their lives. We appreciate Recruitment is not a 9am-5pm and trust our consultants to fit their jobs around the needs of their family and lifestyle.
