Health & Safety Advisor
One of Sydney’s leading residential developer builders is on the look out for a Health & Safety Advisor to join their team. You will play an integral role ensuring employee and site safety standards are being met on a daily basis. Working for a values driven company with a fantastic reputation in the market delivering high quality projects from $60m - $300m.
You will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Incident management
- Site inductions (plant/personnel/equipment)
- SWMS development with subcontractors and employees
- Internal site auditing
- Tool box meetings and training with employees and subcontractors
- EHS reviews
- Document control
- Site walks / inspections
- Accurate EHS reporting
- Establishment and maintenance of risk registers
- Use of Hammertech to report and induct
The Person
- 2+ years' Health & Safety Coordinator experience
- Experience working on residential / mixed use developments +$50m in value
- Cert IV in WHS
- High level of verbal & written communication
