Responsibilities
- Ensure a smooth running of the facilities and being responsible for the daily operations
- Managing the budgetary requirements of the facility
- Leading a team of staff, managing staff performance, recruitment and building a positive culture within the team
- Ensuring all policies and procedures are implemented and followed, taking a continuous improvement approach whilst adhering to all accreditation standards.
- Staying up to date with industry trends
Requirements
- Registered Nurse background with current AHPRA registration – preferred but not essential
- Proven ability to lead a team of staff and maximise outcomes in performance and resident care
- Commercial acumen and budgeting experience
- Proven experience increasing and maintaining occupancy
- A genuine passion and understanding of Aged Care and the residents
- Previous experience as a Facility Manager/General Manager or solid experience as a Senior CM
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to promote a consumer focused service
- COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations
- Australian Police Check
