A Fantastic Opportunity for an Experienced Office Manager
If you are an experienced, energetic Office Manager who can be the face of the office and continue to create a positive culture in a growing construction company, this is the role for you. This is not just an ordinary Office Manager role, as the company is looking for someone who can wear many hats and be the ‘jack of all trades’. The role will be instrumental in helping to grow the company and make a positive change as they continue to expand.
Responsibilities:
- Email management
- Involvement with the executive leadership team
- Diary management & organizing meetings with clients
- Assisting with correspondence between various parties such as suppliers, subcontractors & clients
- Reconciling receipts & expenses
- Being the first point of contact
- Various document organization and preparation
- Leading day-to-day office logistics, operations, and administration
- Various stakeholder management
- Creating and updating Office Management policies and procedures
- Working with Marketing to support with event coordination
- Assisting in planning & participating in internal initiatives, projects, and events
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Manager
- Stability and good tenure in previous roles - Essential
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong commercial acumen
- Good attention to detail and organized
- Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment
- Experience working within Property, Construction, Engineering, or Design industries would be preferred
- Looking for someone who can be autonomous, take ownership of the role, assertive, and a team player
- Must have good IT skills and be computer savvy - essential
