Responsibilities
- Support managers and staff with compliance through expert knowledge in accreditation and risk management processes.
- Oversee the audit process, relying on high level analytical skills to identify trends.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of action plans.
- Review and manage policies and work practices across the organisation.
- Promote the achievement of quality outcomes in all aspects of care and service delivery.
- Participate in the further development of organisations quality framework.
- Support staff in their understanding of the quality process to ensure there is a quality culture within the organisation.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Experience working in Continuous Improvement or Compliance roles in the Aged Care industry
- Demonstrated understanding of the principles of continuous improvement and application of quality management processes.
- Proven understanding of the aged care quality standards and experience with accreditation
- COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations
- Australian Police Check
