Receptionist
A full-time position has arisen for a Receptionist to join a leading & growing construction company based in Western Sydney. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to further develop their career in a professional working environment.
Responsibilities
- Greeting & directing all visitors accordingly
- Managing reception desk phone & directing calls accordingly
- Ensuring smooth & efficient running of main reception desk
- Responsible for catering & refreshment orders as required
- General housekeeping ensuring reception, meeting rooms & staff areas are clean & tidy
- Managing meeting room bookings
- Assisting with travel & accommodation bookings
- Distribution of incoming & outgoing mail
- Managing office supplies orders
- Monitoring main email and redirecting emails accordingly
- Play an integral part in providing general administrative support
- Assist & support marketing & events team (organising company events, socials, meetings etc)
- Assist & support HR team with onboarding & offboarding
- General data entry on system
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience working in a similar role
- Experience working in a corporate environment
- As you will be the first point of contact you will play an integral part in representing the brand. You will be customer & client-facing, professional, approachable & efficient
- Positive, enthusiastic & self-motivated
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously & collaboratively with the team
- All candidates must be onshore in Australia & have full working rights
